As Trump’s misleadership destroys Brand USA, businesses are going to learn the hard way that democracy actually did make their lives much easier. The cost of doing business now includes an added tax: the cost of corruption. And that’s on top of the random tariffs and executive orders that are creating chaos across the markets.

It’s easier to resist at the beginning than at the end, said none other than Leonardo Da Vinci. Too bad our business leaders don’t study history or literature.
